Privacy policy

The short version

• We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
• No ad trackers and no analytics scripts run on Dr. Pep.
• You can delete everything from Settings in the app, or by asking us. Deletion is real, not hidden.
• Dr. Pep is an AI, not a doctor. Nothing here creates a doctor-patient relationship.
• Dr. Pep is for adults 18 and over.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and your consent to launch emails.
• Account: your email and, if you add one, a first name.
• Your log: what you choose to record, such as a peptide, a dose as you took it, symptoms, how you felt, weight and notes. This is health information, and we treat it that way.
• Your questions and Dr. Pep's answers, with the sources used and which safety rules applied. We keep these so the answers can be checked and the safety rules improved.
• A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising or cross-site cookies.

How we use it

• To run the app: answer your questions, show your log and trends, and keep your streak.
• For safety: to spot warning signs in a question or log entry and show emergency information, and so a qualified reviewer can check flagged answers.
• To email you about the launch if you joined the waitlist and agreed to it. You can unsubscribe any time.

Who else sees it

To write an answer, we send your question, your recent questions in the same chat and the relevant study text to our AI model provider. We do not send your name or email with it. We also use a hosting provider to run the site. These providers process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or anyone who sells peptides.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• Delete: Settings, then “Delete my account and data”. This removes your account, your log and your questions.
• Access or correct: ask us and we will send you a copy or fix it.
• Leave the waitlist: use the unsubscribe link, or ask us.

Where we offer Dr. Pep

Dr. Pep is offered in the United States to adults 18 and over. It is not currently offered to residents of Washington State.
